Christmas Cheer

This holiday season we got together as a family and had a pajama party( Thanks to my wonderful Mom who worked so hard to put all those cute pajamas together.) I will look forward to this party every year, we had so much fun! Not to mention the food was fantastic... After filling our stomachs, we all got dressed in our new jammies. The little ones all prepared a nativity scene for us and then we read the all time favorite "The Night Before Christmas." Afterwards, we sang Christmas songs and munched on the most delicious sugar cookies. This is one event that i wish we could celebrate all year long although then, I would not have anything to look forward to.

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!

I just wanted to give my parents a shout out and say Congrats to 35 years of marriage. This week was there 35th Anniversary and I wanted to thank them for the wonderful parents that they are. They have stuck together through thick and thin and for that they are the perfect romodels to me in so many ways. I honostly believe that having them and many other wonderful examples in my life has made me the luckiest girl in the world. A girl could not ask for better parents. I love you Mom and Dad.

I'm it! I have been tagged... This is a photo of me at the Blaze game 1 week before Cohen was born. My brother Doug invited Josh and I to there very last game of the season along with his best friend Kenny. We had lots of fun although the food was not all that great. It takes me back to the time when we could just go anywhere we wanted to go whenever we wanted to go there. It was very nice and convenient but i would not change anything for the world now.

Now i must reveal six random facts about me:

1. I Love Chocolate! I crave it so much i have to have it after every meal.

2. I love to shop! I have always had a thing for expensive purses... my favorite line is Prada.

3. Whenever I get stressed I clench and grind my teeth and I dont ever seem to notice that i do it as much as I do until my jaw starts to hurt. Sometimes but very rarely, I have to withhold myself from eating foods and i have to stick to liquids until the pain subsides because it hurts so bad.

4. I love my baby's chubby cheeks. I could kiss them all day because they are so luscious.

5. If I could go anywhere in the world I would probably revisit New York. The shopping is great and it is always prettiest in the fall, especially central park.

6. Last but not least, I have an obsession with m&m's. I really don't now what causes this but, every time I go to St. gearge to visit family I always want to extend my trip just a bit further and stop by the m&m factory. I love all the diferent varieties of colors and tastes. (peanut butter is my all time fav.)

That's all folks! and to complete this tag I would now like to pass it on to Katie , Lora and Ashlee ... Three of my six wonderful sisters.

Halloween parties!

This years Halloween parties were so fun! I have always been a big fan of parties and I would have to say that this years parties were some of the best! It was so fun to see everyone dress up. Unfortunalty I was unable to get a picture of everyone at the Bonham party because my camera ran out of memory, I was so sad. Lesson learned! But i am very sad to see halloween come and go so fast but can't wait for thanksgiving and my all time favorite Christmas.
We were unable to get a hold of Wilma so I had to settle for Pebbles, Josh was Fred and Cohen a catterpillar.

Punk rock fairy with my little caterpillar

Lora and Craig as a Nun and a Priest

Heidi as Little Red Ridinghood and my Dad as Elvis.( This would have to be my all time fav.)

Grace as our 'lil' cheerleader.

Tonya (mouse) and Billy (exterminator)

Bekah as a local and Curtis as a church B-ball player

Kit and Natalie as Caveman... loved the wig kit!

Trailor park trash

We were sent on a scavenger hunt and one of the things that it required was to go into a gravesight and find a certain grave. Needless to say it was very scary! Infact, for all of those who know how easily i get scared, there was no way i was going out in that grave yard in the dark so i made Josh go out with Hans and Loni and I stayed in the car and locked all the doors... SPOOKY!

The joy of being a parent

I honostly can't imagine any better gift than being a parent. Josh and I are having so much fun with the big changes that have come into our life and every day it just seems to get better and better. Cohen is now almost 2 months old, He is now smiling alot and is working his little coos and coes. It goes so fast ( too fast) but we are enjoying every minute of it.

A Welcome to the newest member in the Bonham family!

Josh and I had the Opportunity to go down to St. George last week and meet the newest little member of our family. Joshua James Bonham(aka JJ Bonham) was born on September 7th, 2008. We had so much fun and where so sad when it came time to say goodbye. Cohen and JJ are only one month and 15 days apart and as you can tell JJ has alot of catching up to do. They will be the best of buds.

Our little Cohen is finally here!

Our handsome little Cohen has finally come and Josh and I couldn't be happier. Josh is the happiest daddy and is doing such a great job in taking care of our new little man. I myself couldn't be more pleased. Although at times being a new mom can be so stressful, I couldn't begin to imagine what i would do without him. He brings so much purpose to life.

So I know i have been slacking but i promise to add more to my blog when i start to get the hang of things. I thought I would let everyone know how everything went with the labor and all. I was admitted into labor and delivery at 7:30 am. Within that next half hour they had already induced me with the patossin. To make a long story short, in eight long hours I had only dialated from a 31/2 to a four. Being on the highest dossage of patossin at that point, I knew that there would probably be no progress from there. So my docter decided at that point it would be best to go ahead and break my water. Within two hours after that, I had dialated from a four to a ten and before I knew it, our little Cohen was finally here! He was born on July 24, 2008 7 lbs. 11 ounces 19 inches. We couldn't have asked for more than to have a beautiful healthy baby boy. Josh and I feel that the lord has blessed us in so many ways to have Cohen in our lives. With the small time that we have been parents it has changed us for the better in so many ways.

Every year Josh and I look forward to going to the Cystic Fibrosis run with our family on behalf of our sweet little niece Gracie. We had so much fun, although I wasn't really able to do much it was fun watching all the little nieces go rock climbing, feed the animals, and play on the trails with thier bikes and scooters. I was finally able to get a picture of the two of us on here allthough it wasn't my favorite. When we get our camara in the near future I will be sure to add more.
Once again... this is me at 30 weeks.
